I'm Not a Coach, I'm a Community Builder

Hi, this is Allison with ResponsAble People.

And today I wanted to tell you that I'm not a coach.

What I do through the planning process is help you to build your

community that can support you, encourage you, and hold you accountable.

And sometimes that may mean that you need to hire a coach or find a coach just like me -

I have a coach that I'm working with to build my business.

But what we really want to do is find those people in your everyday life

who can see what your dreams are,

know what your dreams are

understand what you're trying to achieve

and how they can help you

because our friends and family do want to help us.

But often we don't know what to ask them to do to help us and sometimes they don't know how to do it.

So within a plan that you put together with me is going to be some direction on how your friends and family can help you and coach you to your dreams.
