Then we find out what are the gifts, skills, knowledge and resources that are available to the group.
Then we get to what are the possibilities?
And this way brainstorming takes on a more focused approach because we talk about - are ideas going to fit with our shared vision and goals? And there are ideas that we're listing that with what the gifts skills knowledge and resources are available. And from that list we can talk about planning for how we're going to implement the possibilities that we listed. T we also come up with how we're going to be accountable.
