The spiral - the spiral is one of my favorite images in nature.
Through the processes that I use we create a spiral effect.
First the core group of people get together and design a plan.
They take action on the plan.
They reflect.
They learn.
And then design again.
And so the individuals and the group continue to grow and expand not only their community, but their productive teamwork and their shared accountability.
